At MyVpro, we are fully committed to complying with federal, state, and international regulations to ensure safe and lawful transactions. Below are answers to some of the most common tax and compliance questions from our customers.
1️⃣ Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Yes. MyVpro collects sales tax in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. Sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
2️⃣ Why am I charged tax even if my state doesn’t have sales tax?
Some states apply special vapor excise taxes in addition to or in place of standard sales tax. Depending on your state regulations, excise taxes may apply based on product type, nicotine concentration, volume, or wholesale cost.
3️⃣ Which states require excise taxes on vapor products?
Excise tax requirements vary by state. MyVpro automatically applies excise taxes where legally required based on your shipping destination. You may see excise tax charges separately displayed at checkout for transparency.
4️⃣ Are international orders subject to duties and taxes?
Yes. For all international orders:

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These fees are not included in your MyVpro order total.

Customs clearance procedures and fees vary by country.
5️⃣ Is adult signature verification required for all orders?
Yes. In compliance with the federal PACT Act and all state regulations:

All vapor product orders require adult signature verification (21+) at the time of delivery.

The delivery driver will request a government-issued photo ID to verify age.

A $7.00 adult signature fee is applied to all qualifying shipments.
6️⃣ Do you ship to all U.S. states?
We currently ship to most U.S. states. However, due to state and local regulations, some locations prohibit the shipment of vapor products.

7️⃣ Why was my order canceled due to shipping restrictions?
We are required to comply with all federal and state regulations. If your order contains products restricted by your state or local laws, or if your shipping address falls within a prohibited zone, we may cancel and fully refund your order to remain compliant.
8️⃣ How does MyVpro comply with the PACT Act?
We strictly adhere to the PACT Act and related federal and state requirements, which include:
